NIRMAAN, The National Level Technical Symposium Organized By The Department Of Civil Engineering, University College Of Engineering, Osmania University Is In Its 12th Year Now. NIRMAAN Entered In To The Arena Of Technical Fests With An Objective To Convene The Erudite Civil Engineering Community And Provide A Platform For Ambitious Students To Showcase Their Talents And Enhance Their Knowledge. Since 2002, When NIRMAAN Was Initially Conceptualized It Has Been Through Many Contemporary Refurbishments, As We Believe That Without Change There Is No Innovation, Creativity Or Incentive For Improvement.
